We believe in the power of yoga and mindfulness to create lasting change in a person’s well-being.

That’s why we partner with Feet on the Ground to empower trauma-exposed populations toward better mental and physical well-being. Feet on the Ground works with individuals and communities in building resilience to trauma symptoms through trauma-informed breath, movement, and mindfulness practices. Since 2016 they have taught nationally and internationally, as well as trained over 200 teachers, aid workers, psychologists and more to advocate for the practice of trauma-informed yoga as a complementary approach to trauma healing.
