Join us for this sliding scale ep wellness signature workshop, to explore four essential tenants of wellness and brainstorm ways to incorporate them into your everyday routine. Together we'll practice strength-building, movement, mindfulness, and tension release, observing the body's existing equilibrium in order to evaluate aspects of wellness that may be missing from your life. You will gain an embodied understanding of the importance of taking the time to take care of your mind and body - at home and at work - and leave with a custom-tailored plan for your wellness moving forward.
